Our Returns Policy

New Living Australia is committed to providing quality products to our customers.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by New Living Australia, please return it to us (for refunds or exchanges only) in original condition, including all labels and swing tags intact and in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Once received New Living Australia will replace it (exchange); refund your purchase price using the original payment method; or provide you with a new item (damaged items only).

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items so we suggest you take care when placing your order.

Returns – General Conditions

New Living Australia will not accept items for return and/or exchange where:

  • The item(s) original labels are not intact,
  • The item(s) is not returned in its original undamaged packaging,
  • The item(s) have been worn or used,
  • The item(s) are soiled,
  • The item(s) are damaged due to having been used, and/or
  • The item(s) are received damaged during return transit.

New Living Australia reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if any of the above conditions exist. Where this is the case New Living Australia will return the original purchased item to the customer.

If items subject to refund or exchange are received by New Living Australia and have been damaged in transit, (during the return process) the customer bears the cost and no exchange will be provided by New Living Australia. Customers are responsible for packaging the item for return to ensure it is returned as received.  Cost of postage and insurance for return of item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns – Refunds:

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it and receive a refund (whether that be part of an order or the full order) please return the item(s) to New Living Australia in their original packaging with all labels intact. See “How to Return” section below for further information on returning items.

Cost of postage for return of item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Where New Living Australia accepts the return of the item New Living Australia will initiate a recredit of the customers PayPal account to the value of the original purchased item(s). All Returns are only recredited in the manner in which they were originally paid – PayPal. All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal.

Returns – Exchanges (Change of Mind, Like for Like):

If you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same product is being changed for a different size or colour, but same value) please return the item(s) to New Living Australia – see “How to Return” section below for further information on returning items.

Exchanges will be dispatched via standard Australian Post Parcel Post rates and on a priority basis determined by New Living Australia.

Returns – Exchanges (Different Item):

If you are returning an item and wish to order another item (i.e. exchanging an item for a different product than you are returning) please return the item(s) to New Living Australia in their original packaging with all labels intact. See “How to Return” section below for further information on returning items. In this case the returned item will be assessed as per New Living Australia’s “Return – Refund” policy. The customer is free to order a new product in the usual way at any time.

Exchanges will be dispatched via standard Australian Post Parcel Post rates and on a priority basis determined by New Living Australia.

For exchange of an item(s) for a different product New Living Australia will recredit the customers original order in PayPal to the value of the returned item. New Living Australia will notify customers when their returns have been processed and completed.

Replacement – Damaged Items:

If the customer receives an item from New Living Australia in a damaged condition New Living Australia requires the customer to provide photographic evidence of the damaged Item(s) and packaging. New Living Australia will reasonably assess each request and provide the customer with advice as to whether the request is in accordance with or Returns Policy. Where New Living Australia accepts responsibility, the customer will be asked whether they would like a refund or supply of a replacement item. Where a replacement item is requested New Living Australia will cover all postage costs. Where a refund is requested New Living Australia will process this request as per our “Returns-Refund” policy.
