17 Rocks Chocolates is an award-winning, independent bean to bar chocolate maker. They manufacture single-origin cacao beans from Papua New Guinea and are located at 17 Mile Rocks, Queensland, Australia.
The cacao beans are ethically sourced from the volcanic valleys of northern Papua New Guinea using traditional techniques. The rich nutritional value and full flavour of the cacao bean is carefully preserved. You won’t find any nasty preservatives or additives as only natural flavours are used, including freeze dried fruits, roasted nuts and spices.
