The 'New Living Australia Sizes' shown in this chart are the promoted sizes based on the measurements in this chart and these can be compared to the international conversions also included. Our payment method is PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card directly through this gateway.

You will receive emails from us as your order progresses through our packaging service. Once it is dispatched you will receive tracking emails from Australia Post to let you know the status of your delivery.

On checkout, you can request that we send your item using Express Post if required. Additional freight charges will apply.

We will send you emails as we progress your order. Once dispatched by us (given to Australia Post for shipping) you will receive emails from Australia Post so you can track your order via the Australia Post parcel tracking system.
Yes, please specify the details in the Shipping Address section as you place your order. Once you set up an account with us you can also go to My Account to set your delivery instructions before you place your order.
Our standard delivery terms are for the parcels to be delivered regardless of whether you are home or not.  Our aim is to keep your postage costs down as extra costs apply for a service that requires your signature. (This is also problematic if you are working and have to sign for a delivery at your local post office.) If you have concerns about the safety of your parcel if it is delivered in your absence, you can provide special delivery instructions during checkout. See 'Order Notes' situated after your Shipping Address. For example, please place at back door. If you have any questions, you are welcome to Contact Us.
Our Service Standards include dispatching your order with 1-2 business days from the date we receive your order. Once it has left our store, we expect standard postal services to reach you within 3-4 business days. This may vary for remote areas. For an extra freight cost, you can select Express Post which is a 'next business day' delivery service.  You can select this option during checkout.
Our shipping costs are based on Australia Post pricing so will depend on the weight and dimensions of your parcel, as well as the distance it is travelling. Also whether you have selected an Express Post service or not. The cost of delivery is provided for your order on checkout.
Your order may have been sent in more than one parcel or an unlikely error may have occurred. Please Contact Us so we can let you know the status of your full order.
We regret any unlikely errors like this and will cover the cost to rectify the problem. Please return the item to us unused and undamaged so we can replace it with the correct item. If you decide you like the item you received, let us know and we'll send you a discount coupon, just to say thanks!
Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging and email it to us info@newlivingaustralia.com.au. Our Returns Policy includes replacing any item that has been damaged during delivery or is faulty, provided it is unused. Here is our full Returns Policy to find out more.
